We don't send our samples overseas, because we'd rather keep our testing, and our business, right here at home.

Yes. Our compounds are tested by Sidechain Analytics. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat $15 CAD, with free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days depending on location.

Most mainstream card processors and payment platforms restrict or prohibit merchants selling research peptides, so credit and debit card payments aren't available for this category. Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin let us accept payment directly, without card-network fees. Note that payments made by e-Transfer or Bitcoin are final and can't be reversed, so please review your order carefully before paying.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a freezer or refrigerator, protected from light, until ready for reconstitution. Once reconstituted, product should be kept refrigerated and used within the recommended timeframe. Avoid exposing peptides to repeated freeze-thaw cycles or direct sunlight, as this can degrade product integrity.

Yes. Bacteriostatic (BAC) water is needed for reconstitution and is available for purchase alongside your peptide order.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Ignitenorthlabs@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
