All products offered on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Research Use Only

All materials sold by Ignite North Labs — including peptides, amino acids, and related compounds — are supplied strictly for:

• Laboratory research
• In-vitro testing
• Scientific development
• Educational and research-based experimentation

Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or household application.

2. No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice, dosage guidance, instructions for human use, or claims regarding treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.

3. Purchaser Eligibility

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

• Are 21 years of age or older
• Are a trained researcher, laboratory, institution, or otherwise qualified professional
• Are knowledgeable in handling laboratory chemicals safely
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service where misuse is suspected.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products purchased. Ignite North Labs is not liable for misuse, misinterpretation, improper handling, or any outcome resulting from unauthorized or off-label use of any product.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer only. Orders are not confirmed or shipped until the corresponding e-Transfer is received and matched to the order reference number provided at checkout.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Prices are listed in CAD. Orders over $200 CAD ship free; a flat shipping rate applies below that threshold. Transit times may vary by destination and season.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. No returns or refunds will be issued except where a product arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered — such claims must be submitted with supporting documentation within 5 business days of delivery.

8. Compliance with Laws

Buyers are responsible for understanding and adhering to all federal, provincial, and international regulations governing the purchase, handling, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

9. Privacy and Analytics

We use three tools to understand how visitors use this site and how people find it, so we can improve it:

• Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits: which pages are viewed, the referring site, country, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, taps, and scrolling, to produce heatmaps and session replays. Clarity uses cookies. Text typed into forms is hidden, and the cart and checkout are masked, so your contact, shipping, and payment details are not recorded. Clarity only starts after you select “I agree — Enter site.” Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Google Ads measures which of our ads lead to orders. It sets cookies and receives the order total and an order reference number when an order is placed. It does not receive your name, email, address, or payment details. The Google tag is present on every page, but it stores no cookies and records no visits or orders until you select “I agree — Enter site.” Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

To stop Clarity and Google Ads, clear this site’s cookies and stored data in your browser. To ask about or request deletion of data collected about you, email orders@ignitenorthlabs.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

Ignite North Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
