Refund and Returns Policy

At Ignite North Labs, we're committed to fair, transparent, and professional business practices. Because our products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only, special conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final — With Limited Exceptions

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except under the circumstances outlined below.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect ordering by the customer
Improper handling or storage after delivery
Opened, used, or tampered products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will issue a replacement or refund if you received the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged during shipping. To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the shipping box, product packaging, and any visible damage or labeling issues

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost by Canada Post, we will issue a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation is completed. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are not considered lost.

4. Refund Method

Since payment is made by Interac e-Transfer, approved refunds are issued by e-Transfer back to the email address used for the original payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Payment Dispute Prevention

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us directly before disputing a payment with your bank or Interac. Attempting to reverse or dispute an e-Transfer without first contacting us may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the refund process.

6. Research Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Ignite North Labs are for research and laboratory use only, not for human or veterinary use, and are not consumable products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase governs that order.
